SPONSORSHIP FOR EVENTS AND CONCERTS

We do need some additional sponsors for our September 24th Golf Outing at Bent Tree Golf Club in Sunbury Ohio.  We do need a HOLE IN ONE SPONSOR along with businesses that would be able to sponsor prizes forClosest To The Pin, Longest Drive, and Longest Putt.

CONCERT SPONSORSHIP

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Brittany was a young girl with many hopes and dreams like attending her first prom, experiencing her first kiss, or attending high school just like any girl her age. At the age of 11, she was admitted to Children’s Hospital. Brittany stayed at the Hospital for four weeks while she battled Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), a rare blood disease. Brittany never complained and tried to stay positive up to the end. After her short, but seemingly never-ending up and down battle with TTP, the doctors relayed the devastating news…Brittany was brain dead. Brittany’s good nature continued when she gave the gift of life to four people by being an organ donor.

The Britt Balser Foundation for TTP is a Nationally recognized 501(c)(3) charity organization. The foundation is a public charity dedicated to raising funds to work with doctors and medical centers around the United States to find a cure for this horrible disease. TTP is a rare blood disorder that causes blood clots to form in blood vessels around the body. The disease afflicts females ages 20–50, but recently has afflicted girls as young as 11. The fact that TTP is a rare blood disease means that little has been done to fund research and development of new and better ways to diagnose and treat it.

Our charity, The Britt Balser Foundation for TTP, along with Franklin County Veterans Memorial is currently working on an upcoming charity concert series for 2008 and 2009. We are in the process of securing acts such as HEART, Foreigner, Rodney Atkins, Three Dog Night, LeAnn Rimes, Wayne Brady, Bill Cosby, ASIA/Night Ranger, Billy Ray Cyrus, and other well-known artists. Clear Channel has already agreed to be our media sponsor and they are donating all radio spots for the concert series.

Our foundation is unique in the way we handle sponsorships. We will return 50% of the donated check amount back to our Platinum and Gold level Corporate sponsors, after the charity concert. We make most of our benefit dollars with ticket sales and donations made at the event. Your sponsorship money will ensure that our event will be a success and generate the maximum benefit possible through the concert series. In the event that the concert series is cancelled, the total amount of your donation will be refunded.

Our sponsors at the Platinum Level donate $10,000 (net contribution after rebate is $5,000) and are entitled to:

a. 20 pairs of tickets to the show

b. 6 tickets to meet and greet with headline artist (upon artist approval)

c. Welcome to have display in lobby during the event

d. Receive acknowledgement in all radio ads on Clear Channel Radio

e. Receive acknowledgement in all print ads, flyers, and posters

Our sponsors at the Gold Level donate $5,000 (net contribution after rebate is $2,500) and are entitled to:

a. 10 pairs of tickets to the show
b. Receive acknowledgement in all print ads, flyers, and posters

Our sponsors at the Silver Level donate $2,500 (do not receive rebate) and are entitled to:

a. 5 pairs of tickets to the show

b. Receive acknowledgement on posters and flyers

Thank you in advance for any interest and/or support you give in helping to provide the monetary means to continue research and development of a cure to stop the premature deaths due to TTP. In order to stop TTP, we need your help!
